1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Go Pro Auto Hail Repair, LLC ("Go Pro," "we," "us," or "our"), including paintless dent repair services, our website, and SMS communications. By booking an appointment, signing a work order, using our website, or receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Go Pro Auto Hail Repair provides paintless dent repair and related automotive repair services, including inspection, dent removal, repair status updates, coordination with insurance companies and partner facilities, and SMS appointment and repair-related communications.
3. Appointment and Work Authorization
By scheduling an appointment and signing a work order, you:
- Authorize Go Pro to perform PDR services as described in your estimate or work order
- Confirm you have the authority to approve repairs on the vehicle
- Agree to pay in accordance with the estimate, final invoice, or insurance/partner arrangement
4. SMS / Text Message Program (Non-Marketing)
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting at work order signing, you agree to receive SMS messages limited to:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Check-in and pick-up notifications
- Repair status updates, approvals, and completion notices
- Important service-related alerts or issues
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, contact goproautohailrepair@gmail.com.
Go Pro does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages. Consent is not required to receive service.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate contact, vehicle, and insurance information
- Only provide a mobile phone number you own or are authorized to use
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your information
- Retrieve your vehicle in a timely manner after completion notification
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account or booking information
6. Payment and Fees
Payment is due upon completion of services, or as specified in your estimate, invoice, or insurance arrangements. Additional charges may apply for supplemental repairs authorized after the initial estimate. Storage fees and other applicable fees will be disclosed in your estimate, work order, or posted policies.
7. Estimates, Repairs, and Limitations
Estimates reflect visible damage at the time of inspection and may change if additional damage is discovered during the repair process. PDR has inherent limitations, and while we strive for the highest quality results, some dents or damage may not be fully removable due to metal stretch, paint condition, access limitations, or prior repairs. We make no guarantee of "like new" condition unless expressly stated in writing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services, website, and SMS communications are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website or SMS services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go Pro Auto Hail Repair, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Pro Auto Hail Repair, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to: your use of our services, website, or SMS communications; your violation of these Terms or applicable laws; or your negligence or misconduct in connection with your vehicle or our premises.
11. Third-Party Services and Carriers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, scheduling, SMS delivery, and payment processing. Mobile carriers and third-party vendors are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties but work with reputable service providers.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Abilene, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services, website, or SMS communications after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
